Please note that all vendors must have the following insurance documents on file at the Museum: General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers Compensation and Employers’ Liability, and Liquor Liability (if deemed necessary by the Museum).
The Vendor must list the Museum as an “additional insured” with the insurance company. The vendor further agrees to furnish an original Certificate of Insurance to the Museum in the sum of $1,000,000.00 per Occurrence.
