Day-Of Coordination

The Capen House is now offering in-house Day-Of Coordination, led by our Operations Manager, for an additional $950. We are excited for this new chapter and to continue improving your experience! See what’s included below!

Starting thirty days prior to your event date:

• Vendor coordination

• Booking and overseeing your rehearsal alongside your officiant, if applicable

• Leading client and vendor walk­throughs

• Creating event layouts

• Creating timelines for you and your on­site vendors

• Overseeing vendor set-up and assisting with on-site decor set up

• On-site coordination for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

• Emceeing seamless transition from ceremony site to cocktail hour to reception site, if applicable

*The day-of coordination service must be added on a minimum of 60 days before your event.
